Northern Boundary

Fairhaven Ave. from the 55 Fwy. East to Fairhaven Extension. Fairhaven Extension to Barrett Lane. Barrett Lane to Crawford Canyon Rd. Crawford Canyon Rd to the backside of the gated community starting at Villa Del Carro. Gated area which includes all of Villa Del Carro to where it meets Daniger Rd. From the end of Daniger Rd. to Orange City Limit boundary. Orange city limit to the gate on Kings Crown Rd. From the gate on Kings crown road around the end of Sunrise Ln. to meet the extension of Kings Bridge Rd.

Southern Boundary

From the intersection of the extension of Newport Blvd and the 55 Frwy. up Newport Blvd. to Skyline Dr. to the end.  Across from the end of Planters Dr. to the city boundary line.  Follow the city boundary line North to Lower Lake Dr.  Lower Lake Dr. to Peters Canyon Rd.  Peters Canyon Rd. to a point there is a straight line across the Peters Canyon Regional Park boundary where it meets Newport Blvd. straight across to the 261 Express Way.

Eastern Boundary

From the intersection Kings Bridge Rd to Newport Ave. Newport Ave. to Southwestern Boundary of Peters Canyon Regional Park. From Newport Ave. straight across Peters Canyon Regional Park boundary to 261 Express Way. 261 Express Way to the intersection of Champman Ave.

Western Boundary

Costa Mesa Freeway (55 Fwy.) from Fairhaven Ave. South to the intersection of the extension of Newport Blvd and the 55 Frywy.
